My cousins and I baked blueberry cheesecake for our annual family party last Christmas eve. It’s not that perfect, just a few more practice. Heehee
I was having a terrible headache after my exam yesterday and all I wanna do is crash on my bed… But when the parentals told me that we’re having peking duck (as substitute for turkey) for our Thanksgiving dinner, I just got to ignored the pain and go. Anyway, the brothers had different dinner with them girlfriends so it’s just the 3 of us.
On the table:

- Shrimp with asparagus
- Minced Duck with lettuce

D: *laughs*
K: Bakit po?
D: Eh... *long paused* Basta!
K: *confused look* Ahhh ok.
Had dinner with the family @ Banana Leaf Trinoma together with my brothers’ respective girlfriends and RR before watching Breaking Dawn which my mom insists. It was such a fantastic time with the people I truly loved.

Almost like in the past.
I spent the entire day yesterday with RR. He said I will be seeing more of him these coming days as the season has finally ended for them (sad face) and that he will try to spend more time with me before the PBL. Heehee. Usually, If we had no plans of going out on a certain day, he would come over to my house. We would just cook food and then watch DVDs or play games with my cousins or we’ll just goof around. But yesterday was different! After having late lunch at home with my family, he then informed me to bring my “go-bag” because I’ll be having dinner with his family and his mom might request for me to stay in again (the typical set-up before whenever I go to their house) we then went to catch Contagion together with some of his teammates then brought a lot of food around the mall. Come dinner time, I was totally getting nervous because I really don’t know how to respond if ever they ask questions about us. I mean, it’ll be very very awkward. Ugggh! As expected his dad was being candid making silly remarks just to make fun of us.
RR’s Dad: So when’s the wedding?
D: *awkward laugh* We’re not even into that yet.
RR’s Dad: Well yeah, R’s not even graduate yet.
I love his family —- They’re so nice and really cool and it was sort of flattering that they still want me for RR but I don’t want them to expect or anything. He on the other hand never lets a day pass without seeing me happy, which is really sweet and cute at the same time. And I’m definitely not complaining, we’ve been having such wonderful, wonderful days - much like the old days when we got together in 2008. I mean yes, we would have off days, but that rarely even happens, and when it does, the day does not end with us being that way. Like I said before, he never allows the day to end without us being happy and all. :) That’s one of the many, many things I love about him.
It’s just really impossible not to love life when it treats you like this every single day. I LOVE IT, I LOVE LIFE! And the best thing about it is… It keeps getting better and better even though we don’t talk about the status or stuff. Just as long as we’re happy, then it’s perfectly ok! :)
