Dad thinks I’ve been going out too much lately. True. But that’s only because he probably got used to the girl who spent 2 years working so hard, then decided to take MBA, rarely partied or went out at night or during the day except if it was on a date with mom, RR or cousins and even then I’d be home by 1am, sometimes even earlier. Yeah, that was pretty much my life for 2 years and as much fun that was, I was practically robbed of my social life. I don’t regret a thing, of course. I still had one of the best times with said people  but I definitely missed out on socializing with different people, with my best friends, with new found friends.

I spent 2 years cooped up in my own little world that I missed out on what a 23 year old girl should experience. Partying all night, having no care in the world, going home late, sleeping when the sun rises and getting up at 4PM, hangovers, meeting boys, etc etc. And so now I’m trying to catch up on all the years I missed out on. I don’t think dad quite understands that. I texted my mom asking for her take on the issue, but she’s been really bitchy and PMS-ing like crazy lately… She wasn’t been more supporting about my new found social life, though. She was the one who was always telling me to explore my options and see what the world has to offer and I wish I listened to her back then. Moms really do know best.

I just couldnt believe how lazy insensitive people could be.

Just because your head/supervisor doesn’t give you any task yet (because you guys are new), doesn’t mean you’ll go online on Facebook the whole day. Perhaps you could just even ask one of your team mates who’s soooooo busy preparing some marketing materials for tomorrow’s event if she needed some help. Like really, can you take going here in the office doing nothing aside from logging-in to Facebook? The company’s paying you for that? Seriously? 

specially right now that we’re doing an upgrade with a foreign IT company anytime soon and we need more people for the accounts.

I know the old management hid these dirty little padrino thingy before but you know, you can’t keep something under one’s hat, all secrets are eventually gonna come out! So yeah, it’s just sad and disappointing that some were hired here just because their friends with the parents and all that shit. I think it’s really unfair too. Like right now, we have this Operations Head who does not do anything aside from bragging. He’ll just give all the work to his staffs and he’ll take all the credit. I’m not goin on the details but to make it simple, he’s not even capable of directing people and doesn’t even know how an Operations Head should be doing. In short, he don’t deserve to be there. Compared to the old Head, he’s a pure noob! He was just put there because he’s friend with the old boss. And look what happened now? The old boss regretted why he even thought of recommending that stupid guy. 

I just couldn’t stand knowing you’re just there for the name’s sake and we’re paying you when you’re not even contributing. And just for the record, if the plan will push through and we’ll be under you, I swear to sweet baby cheetos that I’mma bust some crap out of everyone. 

People should get the facts straight before even reacting. Wrong assumptions, narrow mindedness can just do you more harm than good. Listening to just one side of the story will never work. Before you tweeted like “I need progressive thinkers not rumor mongering, close minded simpletons!!! So that explains the lack of growth and advancement in the past.” know the whole story first.

I’m mad, no, I am very very angry with you when you tweeted something about “less educated people” because that’s really foul, man. You don’t have the right to say it because you don’t even know us. Judging other people doesn’t define them, it defines who you are. What? Just because you studied in that blue-bird university and you are the president doesn’t mean you’re the smartest among the group. Don’t be too conceited because you haven’t prove anything yet. You’ve been with us for almost half a year and there’s still no changes. You haven’t even booked an account yet. What do you think is wrong? Is it us? Or is it you? I thought you have great plans for the company, where is it now? Don’t pull this “because the bank doesn’t approve of my business plan” shit because if you’re really that good, you will be able to convince them.

I don’t care if you’re rubbing elbows with these famous, or the socialites, because really, it’s not about the connections my dear, it’s about the work. The diskarte. The relationship. The work etiquette.

I will not be surprised if one of these days, your people will file their resignation letters or boycott you. And yeah, just a piece of advice, be careful with your words.

• if it’s a company outing, don’t bring your girlfriends/boyfriends/husband/wife/son/daughter and or anyone unless everybody as in everybody will bring someone
• if you’re assigned to a certain task, please be responsible enough to do it. just because we have our “alalay” doesnt mean you’ll not do anything and you could just slack off the entire day in the room
• if there’s an activity, like games or inuman or even swimming, see to it that you will join the entire team because hello? we had that outing to bond
• if you don’t wanna come, don’t! hindi naman ito sapilitan eh.

Irate clients are the bitch! It can be acceptable if it’s our fault or something but the fuck, you don’t even know the scopes of a website. Damnit. You complain a lot when you can’t even explain what you want. And then you’ll threatening us that you will cancel the project? Fine. Go. It’s not as if you’ll be a loss to us. Jesus, that’s only a 3-page website. And to think it’s from our promo pa! What you paid us is not even worth all the revisions we made.

One of the shittiest thing that could happen to you.

This week, we are all having schedule conflicts that we ended up moving events and meetings. It was chaos.

This morning, we were supposed to present our digital media campaign for this certain brand, and because there were lot of changes in the schedule, our big boss wasn’t able to come thinking it was set in the afternoon which is the original time. I have no other options but to go back to our office. Waste of time and money.

I cant blame anyone since we all have lapse to what happened. My point is, next time, let’s all be responsible with our schedule. We cant just rely to one person all the time.

Wasn’t able to go to work as I went to my brother’s school to meet the dean regarding some shitty incident. So much for this guardian role. 

I was planning to file for just a half-day leave because I have lots of urgent tasks to finish before this week ends, but because people doesn’t know how to comply with their schedule and super insensitive with other’s time, I was left with no choice but to stay there until after lunch. The fuq.

No wonder I always gets BV with the school. I’m never meant to be a blue.
